Is it just me or has dates for the current NBC I-129F for K3 processing not changed from March 8th since the past 3 months now???!!!

No actually last month they moved the date back to feb 23. The USCIS has changed their policy on reporting times to just show 6 months, so sometime next month the site will show April. Look at the I-129F time on VSC, as you can see 6 months, we all know VSC is very speedy.
So the 6 months is their way of saying expect up to 6 months to process and if after 6 months nothing happens then contact them about the case.
