My Job is alittle different then most I have a good income 60,000K+ but since I work for several different companies in different ways each year my Future sister in law wants to supply a I-134 incase the HCMC consulate questions my income. THe question is

#1 she files jointly with her husband so do they each do one I-134 or is there no need for both of them to sign the form.

#2 Does anyone think this will hurt having her I-134 as a back up??? I did not meet the FSIL intell after my Fiancee' and I had conversed for several months and then meet in person. So i did not even know her intell after the first in person meeting with my fiencee' . She does live with in 30 miles of me and I am alittle worried some one could say she set up the relationship---- which would actually be funny since she tried to stop the relationship and found me very unacceptable at first; I am devoriced with kids and alittle older then her sister; we get along good now.

Any way any advice or comments are welcomed even the nasty ones from the folks who's cup is half empty

Thanks

C&T,

Who's information is going to be on the I-134 and in the other financial documentation? If your sister is going to be the sponsor, and it's her income and assets that are documented, the fact that her husband's income information appears on a tax return is immaterial and it will not be considered.

If you want the husband's financial information to be considered, that's different.
