Is there anyone on this site that knows the exact contents of P3 for Lagos Embassy?
The Embassy info section on VJ lists 4 items. I think there may be more instructions/requests in P3.
Would greatly appreciate an exhaustive list of those instructions/requests from any who knows...
Thank you

Unfortunately I cant help with a list of documents that the Lagos Embassy may send you in packet 3.
Some of the forms they will send are DS-156, DS-156K, DS-157, DS-158, They can be downloaded from Here:
http://travel.state.gov/visa/frvi/forms/forms_1342.htmlDS-156 should be filled out on line then entered and then print out the bar code encoded form. There will be other forms in the packet that varies by consulate, usually DS-2000, and DS-2001.
I hope this helps.

masterpiece, if you read through recent posts, you will see that your question has been answered. Here was my response to the same question earlier: 1 packet in it has, a copy of your letter that says when your interview is, your medical exam form( where to go for it as well), DS 156/156K ( application for the visa) form, I-134, a letter saying what you need to bring like evidence of relationship, medical report, police report, passport, visa fee etc.

It has taken a while to discern this fact: P3 and P4 are in the same package and i have gone through a lot of pages on this subsite.
Thank you to all who sent in some replies. Wading through the pages here is no easy task.
