aloha,

1) is a w-2 form enough evidence for an i-134, or should you submit your full last tax returns (thats a big file!)

2) when an i-134 is included in your fiances(petitioner) packet 3, should you do an i-134 for both petitioner and beneficiary?

mahalo, eric

The I-134 is only one thing that a conof may use to determine if an applicant will or wont become a public charge. In many cases more is required then instructed with the I-134. Have a read of the I-134 thread, pinned in the Foreign Embassy Forum (click HERE. Also check with others going through the same consulate as to what they required. Remember also that what one may require also depends on individual circumstances.

Only the USC sponsor needs to complete the I-134, not the beneficiary/applicant.
