ARGGG!!! So...we cancelled our K3 because of the CR-1 case complete. DOS says that our petition was sent to London on 8/29. Yesterday DOS said that it had been received by London. Today they say they have no record of that receipt. I have emailed the London Consular a couple of times and no response. So, I called the embassy and spoke with an operator. She was quite possibly the rudest ###### I've ever talked to in my life. Just when I start thinking that I could live in UK again, I talk to one of these operators and think NEVER again...it's why I came back to the US in the first place. Now I'm wishing that I had never cancelled the K3. After all, he had his packet within a few days with it. Now...nothing!
