How long is it taking now from the time the embassy gets the petition until she gets packet 3 and an interview date?

right now the Embassy is saying approx. 120 days from the date when the physical petition arrives at the Embassy. usually arrives about a week after NVC assigns the case number. electronic file is sent when NVC assigns case number.
fiance visa appointment package is sent 4 to 8 weeks before the scheduled interview date.

hi gary, i havent heard any news about my application. NVC sent files on the 2nd of august, manila receives it supposedly on the 10th. its almost a month and no news still. uling and i are hoping next week would bring us good news. after all, it is my birthday... big 3-0 aaaaack i need just ONE present and i will be happy
