It is such a journey getting that NOA2. It is sort of joyous reading the exclamations of joy and amazement when someone gets theirs. It is even a shock when you get yours and you begin to think that the journey is nearing its end.......but, for El Salvador it is a little different. Our package arrived at the embassy on Aug. 14. Per the 866 # for about $3.00 a minute....the average wait time for package 3 is about 2 months. For package 4 it is about a month, and that is with the best of circumstances. So, looks like I have another journey to go thru. Oh well, abscense makes the heart grow fonder.......
