Well I'm Chris and I met Vica over a year and half ago on matchdoctor... I finally went to Moldova to meet her in April...that tied the deal... I asked her parents for her hand...after she taught me how to say it in Romanian smile.gif.. I went back in August for two weeks.... OMG I'm in love.. I never felt this before.. not like this... Well we are working on our K-1 filing... I'm waiting on her to get and sign her 90 day to marry and G-325A and send it back to me.. and the it's in the mail.... I'm not sure how I can wait 5-7 months when I couldn't even last between April to Aug... it was so much easier before we met...hahahahaha...

Great! I had similar experience, I fell for my Yu in January of this year when we started chatting every day.

I visited Yu July, and brought a completed G-825A with me for her to sign. We had a wonderful time the entire time together.

When I got home and started doing the rest of the paper work, I discovered VJ and the tips in the guides are the best around, every thing needed are here. I noticed the letters of intent and sent a completed one to Yu to sign and date, she then photographed it with a digital camera and sent me the photo. The photo was good enough for the USCIS.

So now the long 6 month wait for NVC and the Consulate. Guangzhou has to be the slowest Consulate.

Good luck on your journey!

Also you may want to update your profile with things like your story, immigration status, place filed at, home office...

Great! Follow the assembly instructions here on VJ they are very useful. I packed the petition which was nearly 3/4 inch thick in an expanding folder and sent it priority mail from my post office using one of their tyvec priority envelopes, and added certified mail with precept card. Priority only takes 1 day longer than over night and is much less expensive.
