The I-134 form gets the notary stamp on page 2, at the bottom.
Assembly of the entire packet, is Embassy/Consulate specific.
You may want to pose your question in the Embassy forum, to get inside information from members that have recently processed in that location.
But then again, this will get moved for you.

So, for the affidavit of support: What needs to be notarized? is it the actual affidavit form, bank statements, pay stubs, IRS transcripts, or all of the above??
Also, any tips while assembling this?
