Called the NVC on Aug 7th they told me my petition was sent to Manila. Cool! Spoke with Manila twice they said it has been there since Aug 14. Cool!

We haven't been sent one either but the consulate got the case anyways... Don't worry too much.

THEY DON'T LIKE YOU! LOL! Just kidding! It's a minor formality and a good keepsake... but not worth the paper it's written on. Now the NOA1 and especially the NOA2 are platinum plus. Gaurd with you life. Cheers!!!
