I asked this same basic question over in the K-1 forum, but thought it might be a good idea to ask here, too. I'll take information wherever I can get it.

Somene on this forum mentioned that Vermont had a set of Best Practices that they use for processing petitions and that it is a large part of the reason they're so efficient. I would LOVE to see a copy of those practices if anyone knows where to find them. Does anyone here have a line on this information? I'd sure appreciate it.
