[size=6]Hi everyone,

My wife K3 and I-130 left the NVC same time. My wife receive the papers for K3, but when she called they told her it will be cancel since I-130 has also been filed. But they do not have the I130 case yet. I actually did not like the fact that they are cancelling the k3. She was getting september 15 interview date on k3. Now on I130 it is going to be 4-6 months more for interview. Why would they cancel it since it is a requirement of k3 to file I130. My k3 was delayed becuase of IMBRA law.

I am worring about I130, I thought it should be there by now since its has left NVC since 08/17/06 and k3 left on 08/14/06.
