Received email (x3) this evening while sitting around waiting on Ernesto to do something down here in Miami... Approved August 29, 2006!

Not the shortest time-frame I have seen, but nonetheless an approval issued to a twice divorced, once after a K1 visa then marriage in the last two years. There is hope for some of us out there!!!!

Now I just have to refresh my memory on the process from here! Thanks for everyone's help so far!!!!!!

I used to have it all memorized, about 3 months ago...hehe... Now its time to start studying again! The news resulted in yet another hour in videoconferencing with Vicky tonight, resulting in a whopping 5 hours today of chit-chat trying to pass the time in the storms down here!!!!
