Hi all,

On the I-130 form, question 15., it says "Name and Address of Present Employmer (if any)"...does this refer to the petitioner or the beneficiary? It appears to be under section C, which is "Information about your relative", but there is no corresponding questions under section B "Information about you".

Thanks for any help! Almost there with the forms and should be able to send them off Friday! biggrin.gif

How it appears is how it is. It is a question about the relative.

Question No 15 refers to the beneficiary (The foreign Alien Spouse).
