Barcode sheet
Authorization for release of federal data
I-864EZ form
2005 IRS Tax Transcript
2004 IRS Tax Transcript
2003 IRS Tax Transcript
Employment letter
Past 6 months pay stubs.
Did I need to send in W-2s? On the I-186EZ instructions, it says not to send in W-2s if you provide the IRS transcript.....but on the form's checklist it says to provide a copy of your most recent tax returns including W-2s.......
