"Full Name in Native Alphabet (If Roman Letters not Used)":

If your native language is English/Spanish/French/German/Italian/Portuguese, then write "N/A." If your native language's alphabet is not in Roman letters (almost identical to English), then you need to write your name in the native language.

Babybunny: I did not understand your answer. What do you mean?

if your native alphabet is the latin alphabet, as your country is UK I'd asume so, then either put n/a or print the name in the latin alphabet again but usually that's not necessary. If however, the non-US citizen was born in a country where the native alphabet is not the latin one, write it down in that alphabet.
