My AP was approved on the 21st and was sent on the 24th. I received the two offical AP documents today with my picture. I look like i just woke up in my picture lol. So we will be definately going home for xmas regardless of when i receive the greencard now.

So now next i am waiting to hear about my EAD and the interview for my greencard. My greencard application was last touched on the 24th of august and the EAD was last touched on the 25th of july. I also had the same RFE that most people seem to be getting lately. Thank you to anyone that has helped me on VJ.

I think its the EAD that almost gaurantees your I-485 approval!
