Hi. Hubby and I recently applied for assistance with rent and housing and it didn't dawn on me until two days later that the I864 stated that he couldn't receive government help. But does this include help with housing? He works full-time and I have temporary work now so we're not relying on the government 100% but I don't want this to have a negative outcome.

Okay I looked at the I864 and got the answer. If it is means tested help then it's against the rules but if it is short-term non cash related then that's fine.
