When I went to the US on 2004 I had a SSN because of my student visa (J1). Then I came back to Brazil and married an american. Now I´m going to the US with a K3 visa. Will I have to apply for a new SSN when i adjust the status?

No the SSN you have from before is still good... once you have your EAD or Greencard you can get your name changed if you need too...
