I will be sending my I-130F off this week and have a passport photo ( 2 of them) of my wife within the 30 day period. My question is when I file my I-29F, which will not be in the 30 day time frame can I use the other photo or do I need her to take another photo and fedex it to me? I hate to get an RFE but not sure how picky they are on these. I will be posting my timeline as soon as I mail the I-130F off this week.

They must first be the same photos with each submission, not different photos.

Yes I see that and thanks for the reminder, so I will have to have her send some others to me, I saw somewhere else she could email a jpg of the passport photo and I could print it out here. Anyone done that? Maybe the photo shop can save the passport photo to her flash drive and she can email it to me. Would save some time and hopefully solve my problem. Anyone done this?

just to reaffirm,as per the specifications on the forms and filing fees page on the DOJ website, the requirements for passports also apply to all Visa and other gov't forms requiring photos, and remember to sign them with your respective names on the backs with a felt tip pen, or pencil as not to cause damage to the photo. This is a requirement as per specifications of the Visa packet submission.
Hope that answers your questions. Good Luck and , and prepare for your wait.
