OKay, seeing that bank of America doesn't want to help me by giving me a letter from them with details about my bank history because i haven't been with them a year what do i do now.....i make more than enough a year and just in the past 6 months with the bank i have had well over $30,000 in deposits but yet they don't want to help. what do i do now? thanks everyone for your help

Contact consulate and see if they will accept the I-864 in place of the I-134 form.
If so the I864 only requires 1-3 years tax returns, and past 6 months pay stubs, no letter from employer or letter from the bank.
Download the I-864EZ or I-864 from USCIS.

I can't believe they won't give you a letter!!!! That's unbelievable.
I know I would certainly be telling them that they can either give me the letter..... or a bank draft to remove every single dollar from their bank so you can go deposit it at another bank that is more helpful to it's customers.
We were given our letter so willingly and easily, and we needed more than one through both my K-1 process, my daughter's K-2 process, and both our AOS processes.

BOA gave me no trouble. They did tell me I had to pay for it. I went in the office (big city office) and filled out a standard form and they sent it to me in the mail in a few weeks.
