OK HERE IS WHAT MAKE ME LIL WORRY
OUR PETITION WAS FOROWARDED TO MOROCCAN AMBASSY IN 10 AUGUST AND I STILL GET NOTHING...I DID CONSULT THE FORUM AND FOUND THAT MANY HAVE NOT GOT THERE PCKAGE 3 YET....ITS BEEN 2 WEEKS NOW .. I KNOW I WILL HAVE TO WAIT SOME DAYS BUT I JUST LIEK SHARE MY WORRIES WITH YOU..I ONLY HAVE ALLAH AND YOU TO HELP ME...
AND TO TELL YYOU THE TRUTH THE INTERVEIW WORRY ME ALOT...WE REALY NEED THAT THE PERSON HAD EXPERIENCE TELL US ABOUT HOW ITS HAPPENED...AND IF THE CO GIVE US THE ENOUGHT TIME TO EXPLAIN OUR SELF AND SHOW UP OUR PROOF..

Hi friend... our package was sent to CASA from NVC on Aug. 11 and we've also not recieved any news or package or notice yet - NOTHING! Still waiting, calling the embassy (which they don't seem to like). Guess we just have to wait it out. Good luck...

yeh noura i just tried to call dem this morning and they dont answer .... i even did try many time...i will have to wait till next week den i will wonder what i have to do...i guess i will call dem in monday...plz let keep in touch so we found out what to do and thnx you soo muuch for ur answer...

It took us 6 weeks or more to get the package from CASA. Patience, things are not going to happen over night. Good luck.

Friend - just make sure you have evidence of your visits and communications. Make sure you fiance or you know everything about each others lives. If there are any red flags or things in each others past make sure the problem and outcome has been discussed and fully understood. Basically make sure you know that you can about each other and start now.

If you have the new case number assigned to your petition by NVC, you can email them requesting the interview date. I had to email them 3 times before they sent me the date. You've got to give them 2 to 3 weeks from the time NVC forwarded the petition to the consulate for them to give you an answer. Good Luck on your journey!

thanks everyone for your replies... I think "friend" and I both appreciate it. And yes, "friend", please let's keep each other posted when package is recieved! I'm abt to send another email, probably going to get the same canned response as last time. oh well.... here's to trying!

yeh noura and me we thnx yu from all our heart for ur help and we gonna wait lil time ..noura i did e mail dem looot of time and they just send bunch of info about k1 and k3 visa nothing else..let wait till monday and i will make call and let my fiance make call...

Our petition also seemed to be temporarily "lost" in between NVC and Casa. NVC had sent it 8/16 (of last year) and Casa would neither confirm or deny receipt until late October.

I've often pondered if they simply don't respond because they haven't "logged it in" yet. Egypt eagerly replied to my emails until the fingerprints. I've had 7 emails go ignored. At first I absolutely PANICKED thinking this meant the worst, but it's possible it's sitting on some stack somewhere waiting for weary fingers to do their dance on it... Who knows.

I am in the same boat. I wish there was a better way to get answers from Casa. The man who ansered tHE phone speaks so soft I can barely hear him. I did receive an email early last week responding to my inquiry about my case telling me it was not there yet. Then i got a FAQ email. Now they don't answer me perhaps they put me on their blocked senders list! LOL!

We are in the same boat. Our petition was sent on Aug 11 to Casa. Still no word. This is the most difficult part so far. Waiting for the package when you know they have it is unbearable. He stays so calm and patient but I am crying everyday. I hope the get off their butts soon and start sending us the packets.

I dont know if this helps you guys or not, but the US Embassy in Kiev where my lady will have her interview has made packet three available online for download so you can print out the forms and checklists required at home. The postal system in Ukraine is very bad, and sometimes things never reach their destinations at all...
I dont know if other embassies offer a similar program for packet three, but it might be worth going to your embassies websites to check it out. Just trying to help a lil! Good luck!
