My fiance' has a 5 year old daughter, does she need a medical exam?

Yes, she gonna pay 2 medical fee and the child has its own rate for it. She need to bring the child on the 1st day in St. lukes for medical check-up and again in 2nd day for vaccine and result of medical exams. And for the interview schedule, she need to bring her child also for personal assesment, bcos they both will do biometrics and passport checking for pictures.
