Hiya everyone! Right, I was reading a thread in here yesterday about someone calling the USCIS and asking for an immigration officer. Well, I did that. I did get to speak to one and this is the outcome. I have found out that once they get the returned RFE's, they have 30 days from the receipt to give some kind of letter or notice. In a round about way, she told me that our approval should be given by the 30th of August since our receipt date is the 1st. If we don't hear back within 30 days of that date, then we are to call back. I hope this information helps any of you who are also waiting.

Ian and I are currently in Newcastle for the bank holiday weekend but are getting good wireless connection. I will post if we get any approval today or tomorrow. GOODLUCK everyone!!!

My email notice said my RFE reply was received July 24th.....so maybe maybe maybe something good will happen soon

JUST WANTED TO KNOW THAT MY RFE WAS RECIEVED ON 29TH OF JULY AND HAS BEEN TOUCHED TWICE OR THRICE SO CAN I EXPECT AN APPROVAL ON THE 29TH OF AUGUST?
ITS BEEN A LONG TIME I HAD GOT MY NOA 1 ON 20TH APRIL HOPE TO GET AN APPROVAL SOON

Ahhh...we may have the approval, but you get to be with Ian...Lucky you, jealous me...

I wish this were true, but that would mean that I should have been approved by August 14th at the latest and I'm still waiting two weeks later
