Could someone please confirm what I need to do with the I-134 (Affadavit Of Support) which is in Packet 3.

Do I send it back to the Embassy with the rest of the forms from Packet 3 - or do I take it in person when i get my interview???

The USC needs to complete it and you will take it, along with its supporting documentation, to the Embassy for your interview.
