After all the crap i've gone through trying to get my husband into the states so I can live in a country where I can have a decent way of life. Where we can have a decent way of life.

FINALLY!!! After my i-864 being rejected caues my UK income doesn't count, and my co-sponser messing up their forms... my husband finally got his visa in the post.

And what did that dumb arse do???? Opened the sealed envelop that states "only to be opened by a usa immigration officer". Then decided to read that bit only after opening it.

What happens now? Is it still valid? Is it ruined???

Has anyone done that before???

Any advice please!!! Besides the fact I shouldn't have fallen in love with a blonde.

Thanks,
Jennifer

You have to send it back to the consulate and they have to seal it again. That's what I read at VJ. You will see what the other say.

Good luck.
