Huh? how many checklists? please clarify?

My fiance was asking how many checklist are in packet three what do we do when we get everything done we send off check list for all the stuff we had to get picture of passport copy but, what else?

Well, in the UK there's ONE checklist & several forms you need to fill out & return. All other documentation is brought to the interview.

RE: Packet 3 from London Embassy

Do you need to return the checklist with the other forms, or is the checklist used for your on use to gather the documents required to bring to the interview. I believe my finance returned all the required forms except for the checklist.

I would appreciate any advice. Our petition was just re-approved. The London Embassy has had the returned forms from packet 3 since middle of March, same time our case was recalled.

Mumbai embassy has a different protocol than Delhi which is different than Chennai (get the picture?). Which embassy are you going through? You should go to their website and get the information about the checklist and the packets.

Here is what my wife had received sometime in third week of March 06. Yes, on page 2 it did ask for 1040 and W2 for 2002 - old copies, I guess.
