hi All
If my husband gets his AP, but his I-485 is still under process, can he travel to canada.
My inlaws are in canada and we are planning to visit them during thanksgiving.
Now do my husband need Visa to get to Toronto...where can i apply for visa

Yes, that is what the AP is for.

If he is from India (I am assuming because of the patel name) he will need a visa to go to Canda. Look for a consulate in or near your city and call them to find out their requirements. Canada has consular offices in many cities and you can even email them for info. Good Luck
