in the next few years or so, my husband and i are going to try to bring in his brother from india. but (i don't remember how many ...) some years ago, he (the brother we're wanting to sponsor) had TB. does anyone know, or can you tell me where to find out if that will affect his chances of getting into the US?

Currently is over 6 year wait for that type of situation.

From what I read your husband needs to be a citizen to sponsor, needs to be naturalized.
