Hello
Stephen has just been to his Dr's and they are unable to find any of his childhood files...So my question is will he need to have all of these done prior to his medical ? What im wondering tho is with the Hep B and such those shots come in series so how can it be done in one day at the medical?
any help would be appreciated~Kelle

Don't worry. My doctors had no records either - did they just write stuff on the back of an envelope and throw it away?
As I had no records at all, at my UK medical I had tetanus, polio, diphtheria and MMR vaccines. You only need HepB if you are 19 or under (not very clear in the list but it means yes up to the age of 19, no if older). Had to pay for them and felt a bit ill for a couple of days afterwards but not a big deal.

Not saying he looks old

but my guess he will probably only need the mmr, dpt and maybe the polio. Have him get these done with his GP for free, he may need to have them order them ahead of time at least Tim had to do this. oops forget your doing the K-1 still best he has them done in the uk it is more cost efficient.
