Hi,
My fiance used to work in US, he has a couple of job options now, but of course timing is very important. I am not sure whether the employer will wait for him 90 days for work permit to be approved after he arrived in US. Has any one got temp EAD at LAX? Does he need to fly all the way to JFK from Asia to get the stamp?

Could take a lot longer than 90 days.

Even if you married the day after he arrived.

And probably they would want a SSN as well.

my guess is he already has SSN coz he used to work in the US, is that right?

I think if he wants to work after arrival he should go through JFK. Also if you file very very fast after married then the 90 days normally count from the day of NOA1 (depends on the local office too though)

good luck

Thank you. I guess he needs to fly to JFK then. I just don't understand why all airports have different system.
