i was so worried..we approved last august 03, but not heard from NVC yet if they have our papers already..My fiance called many times,,but a guy said they hasnt received it yet..

it can take up to 30 days for petition to reach NVC. Try calling in a couple of weeks to check. good luck.

We were approved on the same day, and NVC has not gotten our case yet, either. Good luck for us this week!

Approved on the same day, and NVC says they still haven't received ours yet either. I don't get it, it seems many people with Aug 3rd NOA2's are taking a long time for NVC process... yet there are approvals after I believe that are already through NVC.

Also, right before Aug 3rd approvals, it was taking a week or less for peoples petition to make it to, and through NVC.

Not sure whats going on
