Anybody find it interesting that the Manila embassy hasn't posted a new or refreshed list of interview dates in awhile? Or is it normal not to post until all the dates on the current list have expired?

yes because they already have a seperate link for those will just be having their interview.
just put here in your manila case number and your appointment dates will follow. goodluck.
