We only last five months before she left me and headed to Calif, she arrived on a K-1 visa, my question is what will they say to her when she is divorsed at her aos meeting,

not happy

goodbye probably

Have you started divorce proceedings? have you contacted USCIS withdrawing your support?

The AOS petition is filed jointly unless the couple is divorced and the divorce is final. There is also a domestic violence loophole she can use. If the divorce is not final, she can not file the AOS without you.
Good luck,

Being a K-1 applicant for adjustment, if you do not attend the AOS interview as the US spouse she will be denied PR. If you have submitted a Affidavit of Support you can request that it be withdrawn right away. This is wise since some AOSers are being approved without an interview. If the alien has no current Affidavit of Support in place at the time the AOS is adjudicated, with or without an interview, she will be denied. Since she is a K-1 she can only adjust status through you.
