Hi there,
maybe a silly question, but I would like to know if I submit my AOS now, can I apply for my EAD through e-filing separately? Its so convinient to e-file and I can get this AOS-pain-in-the-b.. send out first, then concentrate on the other stuff. Thanks!

I know that you can apply for the EAD after the AOS but I don't know anything about efiling. blush.gif

Yes you could e-file for your EAD but you will need to wait until you have received the NOA for your AOS.... it does not speed up the process other than 2 days mailing time.... and remember you will still need to mail any evidence to them....
