Could you please tell me what is the next thing to do after NOA2 approval?Do we have just to wait for the NVC to give us the instructions on what to do next?
Would be pleased if you can share me some info on how our papers will go after NOA2.
I wonder how long will I be able to receive the packet 3 and 4?would they send it to my Fiance in the US or me here in the Philippines.
Thank you for your help.

Hi Lovebug,
next your petition will be forwarded to the NVC for further processing, this can last from 2 days - 4 weeks, as mine lasted 4 weeks, then it will be forwarded to the Embassy you are dealing with. Once the Embassy receives it, they will then start processing it, and forward packet 3 on to the beneficiary. Once the beneficiary receives packet 3 he must follow all instructions, i.e medical, police reports, fill out forms and return necessary paperwork. Once the Embassy knows the beneficiary has completed everything in packet three, then it is time for packet four and scheduling an Interview, things are done differently from Consulate to Consulate, so if I were you I would check and see if the Consulate you are going through has a website or something you could look at. Also, since you have received your NOA2, I would try calling NVC to see if they have received your petition, their phone # is on the NVC Forum. When you call there, you have to speak to an operator, as they do not put K1 information on the automated system. Hope this helps

Hey congratulations!
Sounds like you already got some good answers so... hope you get through NVC in 2 days not 4 weeks and get your interview. My wife is also from the Philippines, but we are weeks behind you.

Have a look at the info you'll find here:
http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...amp;page=k1flowand
http://www.visajourney.com/consulates/inde...&cty=ManilaThese links give you a general idea on what happens next NOA2. Also, you can call NVC, give them the NOA number and they'll tell you the number case assigned to the petition and inform you the date it's been sent to the consulate.
