our packet was sent from the NVC on the 11th and so i tracked it on the 11 just to see well it arrived the 14th and now i wrote the embassy yesterday and was told today that they don't have our case and it's probably at the NVC and all i get from the NVC is we sent it on the 11th so between being sent on the 11th and tracking it to Mumbai on DHL and arriving in Mumbai at the embassy on the 14th they've probably lost it...how do you receive it the 14th and reply to my E-mail on the 17th and say it's not at the embassy? some tell me that they haven't lost it
