Hi everyone!
Thank you all for your help. My fiance received his paperwork from the London Embassy today. He seems a little overwhelmed with everything, so I told him I would ask for some help! Does he only need to fill out the paperwork in the packet? I remember someone saying something about needing to fill out a form online before sending the paperwork in. Form DS-156. I am also confused as to when I need to send him all of the information I have (I-129F packet, and Affidavit of Support). Do I have to send him these documents, and when does he need to give them to the Embassy? This is all so confusing, and I would really appreciate any help you could give me. Please let me know what I have to do and what he has to do!
Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!

I just checked, it's all still there.
Did he get a letter with this "P3"? Does it have instructions? Start there.
Seriously, one step at a time, just follow their directions first.

Congrats on your step forward!

Thats exactly how i felt it was confusing at the first read and mine was a stapled together in a weird order. But read it again...and again for luck and it becomes a bit clearer.
It does have step 1,2,3 etc on it.
In Summary: I first filled in the forms. i did D-156 online, it doesnt say do it but i actually mucked up the paper one and so went online (NB you need a printer)
I also did the otehrs online because i was in the flow
It says which ones to send in imediately D156, D230 P1, D156k and D157 (if you are male) ***I THINK BUT CHECK***
The next steps explain collection of documents like passport, b cert, police report, divore papers affadavit etc etc
It then tells you to make a medical Appointment (and at the back how to)
And finally it asks you to send back the whole checklist. I sent all the forms in together with the checklist-as i have collected the documents already. I have kept these back to take to the interview.
Obviously i dont know if what i did was right but that what i did so i hope that helps!!!
Good luck as always to everyone x x

Thanks for your help J&C. I am the U.S. citizen, and I'm not sure when to send Rich the forms he requires from me. Did your fiance send you any of her paperwork to send in? When does the Affidavit of Support, NOA2 Copy and I-129F copy have to be mailed to him? Thanks!

He needs those things for his interview. I would send them Fed-Ex so they don't get lost! I sent 2 Fed-Ex's to the UK whilst we were in process and it really wasn't all that expensive....like 30 bucks. Worth it to me for the peace of mind.

Congratulations in getting pack 3 - I too was overwhelmed and basically we delayed sending it in as we thought it was best for my american half to send me the affidavit of support and all the other supporting docs i will need to take to the interview - hopefully i will receive all his docs next week and then i can send my pack 3 - Firstly let him read all the instructions that he got with his forms - tell him to read it over and over again till it all makes sence and just follow the instructions: simple:)
Also please come and join us on the ongoing list of ppl wating for interview in London at this link:
