Yippee! sorted out all the evidence nedded for proof of our relationship.
my fiance has finally sent the I-129F application yesterday.
all we can do now is wait.
a bit worried, because me didn't write out names or sign the back of the passport photos.
didn't know we had to do that. oh well!
another thing, i will be going on holiday for 3 weeks for christmas.
what happens if they send a letter stating the date for my interview & i'm not @ home to read it?
or what happens if i do get the letter & i can't attend the interview on their given date?
has this happened to anyone?
i'm getting so paranoid.
someone reassure me that all will be ok & that this has happened to them.

Calm down, calm down... Let's see how fast they process your case and when it comes closer to Christmas, you think about it again.

I imagine you can reschedule the interview if you can't attend it - at least in Brazil we can do that. If you leave and can't check your mail, you can call the consulate from wherever you are so you find out whether they've scheduled an interview or what. Only after they get packet 3 back they'll schedule the interview.
