our I-129F fiance petition is finally approved and i think it is at the NVC for processing now, i hope it will get transferred to the frankfurt consulate soon and i hope I will receive notice from the consulate soon.
However, I am trying to prepare for my K1 interview and I am confused about form DS-230 application for immigrant visa and alien registration: is that required for K1? Just wondering because K1 is a NONimmigrant visa. I guess I will get all the info from the embassy at some point but I want to know it now.
