I called the NVC's automated system and was told our case has been completed, and to wait 8 weeks for further instructions. What is next? Her interview and physical exam?
The next step is what is referred to as packet 4. It will contain interview date, medical and police certificate instrutions etc. If you were required to only submit DS-230 part 1 then the consulate will schedule the interview date....if parts I & II where required then NVC scheduals the interview.

Our interview has already been scheduled for 09/28/06, at 9:45, Ankara time
I would like to know if my being there would help or hinder her chances of being approved
