Full Version: Should I just give up?
I've tried to archive my PMs 3 times now (starting last week) and I still haven't gotten the email with the messages archived. Is it time to throw in the towel? Does this feature actually work for anyone else?

User error?
It says the usual "you should receive an email with your archived messages shortly!" I didn't know "shortly" meant "never." 
Do you have your correct email on the account (not a spam email address). Check the spam box as well.
Actually, I DIDN'T have the correct address but then I changed it. Still no email with archived messages. 
wow I didn't even realize this feature was there!
