Has anyone from Delhi gone through this step yet? After your case got to New Delhi, did you send in a DS-230 part I (with or without a photograph), then get an interview date?

It seems that New Delhi processes the K3 differently than the rest of the embassies in India. For a K3, they are asking for a DS-230 part I to be filled-out. Then, on their website, after digging through all the literature, there is something about stapling a photograph in the top left square of the form.
Has anyone from Delhi gone through this step yet? After your case got to New Delhi, did you send in a DS-230 part I (with or without a photograph), then get an interview date?

well, my fiance submited his DS-230 part I without stapling a photograph... and got the interview..... tho its for K-1 ....
