Is the DS-230 printed on both sides ?, or just one side and the other blank ?.. Cheeers!

The DS 230 that NVC mails are printed on both sides. But you can make photocopies and make it one side only. They accept them too.

The DS 230 that NVC mails are printed on both sides. But you can make photocopies and make it one side only. They accept them too.
So I could print them ahead of time and send to the USC.. ?
