I sent my I-134 with all of the supporting documents, the original of the NOA1, IMBRA RFE, and NOA2, my notarized letter of intent, and some additional evidence of relationship on my end.
I also sent blank copies of the forms he's going to receive in packet 3, along with all of the example copies from VJ. He's got them filled out now so when packet 3 comes, he can turn it around the same day...
He also requested the police certificates from the countries where he's lived more than 6 months and has his vaccination record current. He's waiting for packet 3 to arrive (should receive it tomorrow) before he goes for his physical.
He's also working now on packing and contacting moving companies for quotes....
Hope this helps.

Ok guys.. its crunch time. A lot of us got approved around the same time so I'm sure somebody out there can help and this can help a lot of other people.
What will my fiance need me to send her when she gets her packet from the embassy? I've already got my "I-134, Affidavit of Support" and the "Fiance Letter of Intent." Anything else?
I figured that a lot of the time between Packet 3 and the appointment is spent scrambbling around for all the paperwork. If you had it all together when you got the packet then you could just turn around and send it back completed and get your interview appointment.
Thanks everyone!
