OKay, my fiancee worked on a cruise ship before we applied for her Fiancee visa she has just had her US work visa for a year and no she hasn't had it revoked...she did her time and came home so we could do this legally...but anyways she had her medical in June last 2005 and it sounds like it is the same medical exam..my question is does she have to do it again?
Kez/JWolf
Yes it needs to be done now for K1... they will not accept it from anyother applications....

Yep, you need it!

Yes, you will need to have one but it is good for both the K-1 and AOS

The results from the medical exam are only valid for a year. So even if the embassy were to accept the results--they are outdated.

As long as you file for AOS within a year of having your K1 medical completed....
