Hi all,

I will be overseas from US. I alredy got my conditional green card.
And my ticket flight with my maiden name.
My question:
Is that possible I just will bring certified copy of my marriage license
not the original certificated marriage, when I will enter the POE.

Thank you

You will need to take an original marriage certificate showing the link to both names....

jatex,

You are more likely to need the marriage certificate at the airport from which you will be departing overseas than at the US POE.
