Can anyone tell us (those that will be going through Cairo) what things are requested in Packet3 ? Any ideas on the medical? What's needed from the USC for oriiginals and what copies are needed besides the I-130 and I129F dcoumentation? Is it a certain form that's needed for the police certificate and does it come in that Packet 3?

Any ways that you've found to speed up things? Any words of your experiences are helpful. Thanks.

I did a K-1 through Cairo, not K-3, so I'm not sure if I can help with the documents.

Nope, there is no way to get Cairo to get it's butt in gear. Get the packet back ASAP and hope that everything goes smoothly. Most males coming through the middle east/north africa are put on administrative review after their interview, so even if you get an interview date soon after, the wait for the visa may still go on months after the interview. I'm assuming the beneficiary is a guy, as that's the usual case out of Egypt. If not, I apologize for the mix up.
