Hey, guys, quick question about the 1040s I'm including with the I-134. Should I get them notarized along with the I-134 itself? And since the 1040s are my file copies and not the ones originally sent to the IRS, they aren't signed. Should I sign them, or just send them in unsigned? I don't want to screw anything up at this stage of the game. Thanks.

Only the form has to be notarized. As for the tax returns, many people have asked IRS for transcripts.
