We have just recieved the I-864 and we are confused on how to answer the following questions.

We are currently both in the UK. I am the UKC and my wife is the USC and has LLR in the UK (Spouce Visa), she has been here since April 2005.

How should we answer the following

Part 4. Information on the Sponsor
12. Mailing Address
13. Place of residence

My wife has maintained a residence in the US, so should this be the US address or the UK address ?
If we put the UK address will we run into domicile issues ?

Thanks

You shouldn't have a problem. I'm the USC and I live in Canada with my Canadian hubby. I used our Canadian address for that question and then later, we used my mom in the U.S. as our choice of agent. Didn't have any problems at all. smile.gif

I checked this with the NVC and they said we can use the US address as this is where we will be residing..
